Dian Ramirez began her involvement with sports and fitness at an early age, becoming a U.S. Women's Trampoline Champion and AAU All-American by the time she was 16. A graduate of the University of Iowa, the Cedar Rapids native has been a member of the teaching faculty at U.C.S.D. and is a consultant to the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. She has a Master of Science degree in Health Education and Exercise Science and holds a Gold certification from the American Council on Exercise. She is certified through the Physical Mind Institute to instruct the methods and movements based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. Dian has motivated thousands of all ages to lead a more active lifestyle and achieve better health and well-being through physical activity.
I love your videos, I too am certified through the PhysicalMind Institute for Mat and Standing Pilates. I am back to teaching and practicing Pilates, after finishing Yoga School.
