Hello everyone, I'm so glad you had a chance to visit my page. I just wanted to share my total excitement about how I choose to live a healthy lifestyle. I used to weigh 225lbs and as a Pastor I was becoming short of breath while teaching, preaching etc. and I knew something had to be done. So with the divine help of God and my best friend I took control of the situation. Changed my diet and began to work out. It's been four years now and at 39, I am the healthiest spiritually, physically and mentally I've ever been. So with God, commitment, dedication, patience and support your weight loss goals, healthy living goals and spiritual goals can be met.
