I really like your videos (and have been telling other members about them.)
I'll have to rearrange my apartment (NYC, go figure) to do the core ball workout, but it will be worth it! That's like two workouts in one.
Paul is a great instructor. I take his HardBody Meltdown class at Equinox (the name says it all). He uses a lot of the same core stuff with the ball. It really sculpts and tightens things up. Even my friends have noticed and said something. Can't argue that!
