Level III classes are for students with previous Iyengar training who are strong in standing poses, can do sirsasana with confidence for five minutes, and can push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana. Level I and II poses are consolidated. Sirsasana variations, intermediate poses and seated Pranayama are taught. Independent practice should be well-established.
