Traditional, self-led practice of Ashtanga yoga. There is a senior-level teacher present at all times. Students not familiar with the primary series will be taught pose by pose by the teacher. Teachers will work with students on an individualized basis to advance and develop their practice. This format is designed for those students who want to build a regular practice.
Prerequisite Notes: Some knowledge of primary or month commitment
Notes: Prospective students are welcome to observe for free at any time. Beginners must commit to one month's study practising a minimum of four days a week, not necessarily in class.
