Thought I'd give this a try as concept of martial art and yoga was an interesting one. I like yoga or the relaxation aspect so found some of the really pacy sun salutations rather stressful. I do enjoy feeling the "heat" of a fast warm up but found myself feeling aggravated.
Also there is a really loud ojai breath dominating the yoga sequences making it rather hard to concentrate on your own breath.
Still coming round to the idea of this video, may just be that I'm unexperienced in martial art hence my uncomfortability with it.
