An invigorating workout that provides substantial improvement into an advanced level of total mind-body awareness. Dian Ramirez, a certified teacher of Pilates-based methods, began her involvement with sports and fitness at an early age, becoming an AAU All-American by the time she was 16. A graduate of the University of Iowa, the Cedar Rapids native has been a member of the teaching faculty at UCSD. She has a Master of Science degree in Health Education and Exercise Science and holds a Gold certification from the American Council on Exercise.
